We do not guarantee specific plant survival rates, as outcomes depend on your care routine, local weather, and site conditions.
You agree to provide accurate information about your outdoor space, including dimensions, sunlight exposure, and existing plants. You are responsible for following the care instructions provided after a consultation or workshop. If you hire us for a design plan, you must ensure that any structural changes, such as wall planters or irrigation systems, comply with your building's regulations.
All design plans, planting schemes, workshop materials, and written guides produced by Vincent Jardin remain our intellectual property. You may use them for your personal garden, but you may not reproduce, resell, or distribute them without written permission. Workshop participants receive a personal license to apply the techniques taught in their own homes.
We take care to recommend species and systems suited to your climate, but we are not liable for plant loss, pest damage, or property issues arising from the installation of recommended products. Our advice is educational in nature and does not replace professional structural or irrigation engineering. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.
You may reschedule a consultation or workshop up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a fee equal to 50% of the service price. We reserve the right to cancel a session due to extreme weather or instructor unavailability; in such cases, you will receive a full refund or a rescheduled slot.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The latest version will always be posted on this page, and the effective date will be noted at the top. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
